We guarantee 100 % that our plants and products will arrive in good condition. If your plants do not arrive in good condition please leave them in the box and email to info@rosesandherbs.com or phone (352) 357-2643 us and we will arrange for the pick up of your plants. We will replace the plants or refund the purchase price, including shipping. Plants shipped within their zone are guaranteed to grow with proper care. If for some reason your plants die within 60 days of purchase we will gladly offer a one-time replacement of the same plant or refund the cost including shipping. We cannot be responsible for plants lost due to poor weather conditions or those not afforded proper care. If for any reason your are not satisfied with other products that we offer please contact us for a full replacement or refund.
